Dr. Elena Paoletti 简介
With a degree in forest science, Dr. Elena Paoletti works with air pollution and climate change impacts on terrestrial ecosystems. She is Research Director at the National Research Council of Italy, visiting professor at the Chinese Academy of Science, chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of the European Forest Institute (EFI), member of the extended IUFRO (International Union of Forest Research Organizations) Board, and Vice-President of SISEF (Italian Society of Silviculture and Forest Ecology). Elena likes communication, has organized around 50 conferences or similar events, including events for transferring scientific knowledge to policy, and is an associate editor for the journals iForest, Helyion, Scientific Reports, Frontiers in Forests and Global Change, and Science of the Total Environment. She is author of around 200 publications, of which 168 are issued in Scopus with 38 as h-index (Google Scholar, 2018).
